It also produces 1,6-Hexanediol, 1,5-Pentanediol and Policarbonatediol and markets other fine chemicals, as well as UBE Photocatalyst System water purifier. UBE Engineering Plastics S.A. has specialized to become a producer of Polyamide 6 and Copolyamides, which are used in the manufacture of engineering parts, automotive components, monofilaments and food packaging. Thanks to the continuous manufacturing process employed, it ensures a constant quality of these raw materials with only the slightest variations in viscosity. UBE Europe GmbH markets more than 200 high technology products in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. These include fine chemicals, machinery, electronic ceramic components, electronic chemicals, gas separation membranes, aerospace materials, battery materials, tyranno products and polyimides.
